This time the Redbirds met up with their old rivals for the home opener at the Coliseum. In front of a crowd of 400 fans, the Redbirds lit the goal lamp 11 times trouncing the Braves 11-3.

The War on 74 was back with a vengence when Bradley came to town. Both teams were fun to watch and fun to shoot. And both liked to hit their opponents. Hard.

The Redbirds suffered only their 2nd loss of the season to a tough SIU-E team. Nevertheless, the Redbirds are still perched near the top of the standings in the D2 division.

The Redbirds knew EIU was going to be a tough opponent, but how tough was the question. The Redbirds picked up 7 goals and the win the night before, but it was EIU who got the 7 this game as they split the series.
